It's a beautiful coastal area although I didn't see a lot of it. It rained quite a bit both days and I was not up to a lot more walking. I drove through Dundalk, and it looks like a charming village, but there was road construction in the town.

Great place to check out for good food and B&B accommodations. Good bars as well convenient parking or walking.
My go-to spot for the first 3 days. Convenient on-off carriageway. Quiet. Nice restaurant and nice staff.
