At least the beds were cleaned. Not much else though. A/C didn't work so it was hot which made it hard to sleep. TV remote also didnt work. Appreciated that they are pet friendly. Overall I think it could be cleaned better and maintained better for the price you pay but we only stayed one night so it was okay. The staff was super nice and helpful

Room was great looks identical to the one in the pictures, the AC and heat worked as it should, the staff was OK-ish nightshift definitely has its work cut out for them, overall I'd say a solid 9.5/10 but wife says 6/10

The hotel was clean and well taken care of. We didn’t tell have issues with the ac unit in room 220. We only had issues when we checked out trying to get our deposit back. We were told upon check in that we would get deposit back and asked if we could check out at 6am and still get it back, lady said yes. When checking out, the guy with the manbun gave us problems. He is rude and disrespectful. In the end, we got our deposit back. Overall the stay was very good and would recommend for families.

Dirty bathtub, bathtub curtain, had broken glass on the bathroom floor. Very old and neglected place. Stuff is very helpful and friendly.

Horrible place, would never consider staying there again. Lobby smelled of sewage, dirty. There were needles in the parking lot and unmarked police cars driving around we didn’t even check in at that point. We left. And wasn’t even offered to refund the stay.

Says breakfast offered, it is NOT. The front doors were locked @830pm... had to find the "night time door" windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned in MONTHS... hair in the tub, floor was sticky, oh and the air was not turned on in the room so it was literally 94 degrees in my room when I walked into it.
