"Pool was tiny and out of service, and no hot tub breakfast was okay but was almost continental, place was clean except the elevators were gross Room I booked wasn't available so I did get an "upgraded " room but why wasn't it available...that could've went horribly wrong"

"The television in our room did not work. No one was available to fix it."

"The pool was not heated— my wife and I assumed the pool would have been heated and while it didn’t ruin the majority of the experience we were disappointed in that regard."

"Nice hotel, very historic, but the bed was a full size, and the mattress was as hard as a rock."

"room was clean and comfortable"

"Unique hotel with character. There's a museum inside and they provide you with a free bourbon sample to tour it. And the PENGUINS. Everywhere there are 3' tall red plastic penguins that seem to move around the hotel. What a fun idea. Woke up to one in front of our door one morning. Great staff!!! So helpful and great to talk to. Everyone from the doorman to the front desk and bar staff. Also loved the bar! Cici was amazing!"

"wonderful location and service"

"10/10. Rad decor. Great walkable spot. Friendly staff. Easy check in and check out. They open the front door for you as you come and go. Very great experience"
