Falls Park is a five minute walk, the Swamp Rabbit Trail is two blocks away, the baseball stadium is a 15 minute walk, and Gather GVL is an easy ten minute walk. "The location & comfort of this townhouse was exactly what I needed for a 3 day basketball tournament. It is a few minutes outside of the main city but was very close to the tournament facility. The layout of the townhouse made it great for me to have quiet space while the 3 teens I had could relax & good off after the games. So much better than a hotel & restaurants. "This property was great for what we needed. It’s quite a bit a ways from downtown Greenville but otherwise is an okay part of town. The house was nice and the property manager was very easy to get a hold of. However, there could be a few things that could be added such as an iron, blow dryer, etc. Also, the dishwasher was not working so a drying rack would have been great."
