"Very nice property with modern rooms and appliances. Very minimalist clever design for storage usage. The property is in the heart of the Grafton area so it’s close to just about everything. There is a lot of traffic until later in the evening and people on staff were very helpful. THE STUDIOS ARE VERY HARD TO FIND. But if you find the Bruxelles pub, and stand next to the Phil Lynott statue, turn around and look directly across the street it is right next to McDaid’s pub on the left hand side...

"Our stay here was pleasant. The room was clean and staff was extremely polite and helpful. It’s approximately a 30 minute walk to the Trinity College area. "Great stay in Dublin. 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. Centrally located not far from Temple University. Had a great visit. Some noise at night, just use ear plugs. Two cute balconies and full kitchen/living room. Great hotel alternative when you are traveling with teenagers! Loved having the extra space to relax between site-seeing. So happy they had blow dryers! Easy to find and the owner gave very detailed instructions. Highly recommend."

"Outstanding overall! John was responsive prior to arriving. Check in was easy with a very nice welcome basket. Property was in very clean and in excellent condition. The pictures are representative of the layout, but the property has more space than it appears. Deck is large. Very comfortable for four adults. "Zanzibar was great and the staff was amazing. The hallways however did smell heavily like cigarettes which was kind of off putting. We had also booked a king bed room and ended up in a double or queen bed but that’s alright since we checked in early. Not a bad thing to say about the staff though. Kind throughout the whole stay and would definitely stay again for that reason. "

"Couldn't recommend this hotel enough. We were going to a concert and it was so handy to the 3Arena. Also very convenient to the Luas line, as well as restaurants close by. The staff were so welcoming and made everything so easy. The room was spacious and had everything you need. Parking was just across the street and validated by the hotel easily. There's a huge commmunal space where you can work or just relax and a coffee shop that serves some breakfast items. Will definitely be back next time...
