"We got the room with a hot tub. Hot tub wasn’t working. They didn’t bother to message us or even let us know when we were checking in that the hot tub wasn’t working. The beds were uncomfortable for me since I have a back issue. Sofa beds were very comfortable as well. They need to upgrade their mattresses and clean well under the couch. They did not give us enough towels as I had stated we were 4 people on the reservation and they only had 2 in the restroom."

"The room is really clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. They have a hot tub but I didn't use it. Breakfast was good better than Continental but I do prefer fluffy's scrambled eggs rather than folded omelette style. Just preference."
