"I booked this hotel for the suite- 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. It does look like the online photos, but what you can’t see is the room (especially the bathroom) is not clean at all. I’m not overly picky about hotels or cleanliness, but this was gross. I should have read further into the reviews, but we stopped late at night on our way to our final vacation spot. We didn’t even attempt the breakfast, as we couldn’t wait to get out of there."

"We stayed here to experience the Rail Explorers Elk River tour, which makes the hotel’s location convenient if one is coming from Ohio. The beds were comfortable! The hallway carpets and furniture were all banged up or stained. The guests seemed a little rowdy the night we stayed, including an incessant yapping dog. "Room was well cleaned and the breakfast was well stocked. The night front desk staff was not so helpful and wasn't paying much attention when doing the check-in process."

We closed the door and needed something else from the car and the door wouldn't open. After several tries we finally got it open. Two separate hotels ours was the 3rd floor, the smell of pot was overwhelming, and there was a loud machine running in the building at 2 am which made it near impossible to sleep. "I had read reviews about this hotel recently, say it was clean and looked new renovated. We stayed on the 7th floor, definitely NOT renovated. Dirty carpet, dirty lobby. The area had a lot of homeless people wandering around, street were dirty and I didn’t feel safe. The hotel room it self was quiet. We slept and left right away. Would never stay here again!"
