"The hotel was very easy to get to off of interstate. All of the staff were very friendly and professional, and the restaurant food was excellent. My only complaint was with a few of the younger guests on my floor who were a little noisy, perhaps due to a special event. Things improved as the night progressed."

"The clerk gave away our room cause we arrive at 4am. He said that because it was 3 party we could not hold your room. But made it right by up grading the room. My thought is check out is 11 am why did you give away our room. "
