Allthough Its in the countryside, with a lot of nature around (trees, River, sheep, Cattle, birds and Flowers- you have a stabile wifi Connection. So What ever you seek- you are able to totally relax and disconnect or connect via the net. The Host family is Nice and live also on the ground in case you Need anything. "Great location, friendly hosts, clean and spacious. We had a wonderful stay in this quiet, secluded farm cottage. Even though we were only 30minutes from Dumfries, it felt like we were deep in the country. Highly recommended for a family stay."

"Perfect in every way. We had our wedding weekend there, just 15 mins drive from Gretna. Clean, spacious, beautiful, dog friendly with all the amenities you could imagine & more. Can't praise out hosts highly enough and Annan has everything you could need including beautiful walks along the river & coast."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. Nice cottage with all you need for a comfortable stay. The owners are lovely and friendly and on hand if you need anything. We were a little bit shocked at the cost to run the storage heaters for the week. An addition of a wood burning stove would really help with this, although there is an allowance of the first £20 of electricity used to help. Lovely area with lots to see and do. Would recommend. "We loved this house was close to where we needed. The only thing disappointing was we had to rush to be out by 10 with there being a few of us as well. We did text to see if the house was being taken the next night to see if we could add another night but got no reply and was showing available online but didn’t want to do it online again as we would of had two cleaning charges. Apart from that it was ideal for us and would use again"

"The house was perfect for our family of 7, with four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All rooms were a good size with a large kitchen dinner. The bonus for us with two teenage grandchildren was the pool table and table tennis. Would go back anytime."
