"Fun and quiet place. Entertainment team tries to do what they can. I would suggest to keep pools open longer till maybe 930. They close early due to no life guards. Beach is basically dead and not worth the time so pool is where everyone is mostly at. Food options are great. Very relaxed place. "

"The Rui was Amazing however when traveling to Jamaica walkability is important. Unfortunately the resort is in the middle of nowhere and no free or reasonable shuttle service to Montego Bay. After two day we spent a fortune trying to find places to visit. The excursions were Incredible and reasonably priced. I Love Jamaica but the Rui has to allow the Jamaicans to cook their foods the way they do. The food flavor was disappointing. "

"The beach is just ok, but the property is beautiful. Staff are so hard working and polite. Very good food, especially Casanova. No need to leave the property, everything you want is on the resort. "

"Great location, only 15 mins to Dunns River Falls. The resort is well kept and clean. The staff is professional, courteous and efficient. Beach views are amazing, especially walking in at the main entrance. It feels as if you’ve entered paradise. Food is good, lots of variety. "

"Our first time to Jamaica and we absolutely loved it. Wish it wasn’t such a long drive from the airport to the resort. Also the shuttle that takes you to the excursions was a little scary how they drive there. The lighting when walking around at night needed to be better. Food, entertainment and activities were fantastic. Had a small lizard guest in our room which I didn’t care for but dealt with it. Will definitely stay at Sandals again. "
