"Need a refund. Booked at 2am. Advertised open for check in till 5am. When we got there… Everything is closed . Called the local number and no answer. No parking and no staff or security for any after hours concern."

"There’s a small alley for tricycles by the restoration but their noise doesn’t bother me when I’m inside their very clean and quiet room. The cleanliness and friendliness of the staff are excellent! We enjoyed our stay in this hotel."

A must try Hotel!

"My room was clean and organized. It was cleaned everyday with drinking water bottles provided. And the most impressive are the staff. Very professional and friendly. They are readily available and willing to help with any needs you may have. SM City is literally across the street from the hotel and a 7/11 in the building. I highly recommend InJap Tower Hotel. "
