"Service was great!! Going up to 6th floor from car garage was easy and everything needed a key card and that made me feel more safe. Costumer service was great!! The party that downstairs has late at night was a big loud but didn’t bother us. We wanted to check that out but didn’t have time. The pool was decently clean and my kids had a blast. The only thing that I didn’t like was we were only given 2 towels at a time and none for the pool. I have 2 daughters with slot of hair so the towels got wet very fast and took a long time to dry. "
