Enger Lofts is your adventure-town getaway in the heart of the Craft District of Duluth, Minnesota. Remodeled in 2020, this 1800s era warehouse features a modern kitchen, soaring ceilings & large windows inside an airy, cozy studio.

→ LOFT The 431 sqft space was finished in 2020. It has 1 huge window and tall ceilings making this loft airy, elegant and modern. It has been thoughtfully designed with the solo traveler or adventuring couple in mind.
→ ALCOVE BEDROOM This spacious bedroom alcove is prepared for comfort and relaxation with cotton sheets, a queen size memory foam hybrid mattress, and platform bed frame. Plus, elegant bedside table and lighting, and a wardrobe equipped with an iron, ironing board, and hangers.
→ LIVING/DINING ROOM Enjoy a view while sipping coffee on the couch or enjoying a meal at the dining counter. The couch, soft rug and cozy throw blanket will make you snuggle up and enjoy the fall colors.
→ KITCHEN The kitchen has full size appliances, white cabinets and white quartz countertop with bar top height stools. It is a beautiful place to cook your meals and enjoy the view. It has a fridge and freezer, 4 burner electric stove with oven, coffee maker, and all needed cooking and baking utensils.
→ BATHROOM The bathroom is minimalist, spacious and airy. It has a shower, toilet and white vessel sink.

The district is located just a 10-minute bike ride from Canal Park and Downtown Duluth, and there are several mountain bike trails nearby. Taking an uber or calling a taxi is pretty easy to access in Lincoln Park. There are also bus and bike lanes that run right next to the Enger Lofts building.

There are two parking lots on site for tenants and guests as well as free street parking.

Your code will be provided after booking. Codes are changed after every guest.

The area is in the lively, popular craft and brewery district of Duluth. There are other tenants in the building and it is a respectful community.
→ HEATING & COOLING
The window air and heating unit is controlled by a wall Thermostat.
→ OUTDOOR SPACE
The outdoor patio space that is managed by 190 Coffee and Tea that has patio furniture and string lights for your enjoyment (May - November).
→ SECURITY
In an effort to keep the entire property more secure, we have installed a security cameras on the exterior and public interior hallways of the building.
→ CHECK IN
Check-in is available from 4pm to 10pm. If you will be arriving later than 10pm, you must contact our staff in advance to arrange a late arrival. Should you prefer an earlier arrival time, we are happy to assist if accommodations are available. An early check-in charge may be applicable.
→ CHECK OUT
Check-out is at 10am. Requests for a late checkout are subject to availability and may result in an additional charge.
