The Premier Beautiful Modern Ski House is part of the newly developed Riverwest Vacation Rentals, situated at the base of Spirit Mountain in Duluth, MN. Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- WEDNESDAY Guest | Please put the trash + recycling out on the road - greatly appreciated! - Please start a load of used towels in the laundry. - Please run the dishwasher and clean dirty dishes.
- Please leave the bedding and sheets in each room. - Please close and lock all doors and windows. - Please make sure the sauna is off. - Please ensure that you turn the thermostats off.
- Please ensure propane is turned off and clean the grill if it was used. - Please clean any pet hair to avoid extra cleaning fees. - Please place ALL trash and recycling in the bins in the garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Fabulous for a family gathering!

Great place for a girlfriend retreat!

Our book club rented the house for a retreat weekend. It was a beautiful home with plenty of space for 9 women to relax and recharge. The location is conveniently located near a couple of trails for walking or biking and the awesome Burnett Dairy store is a few blocks away.

The Modern Ski House was the perfect place for our family stay for our daughter’s wedding. The house had every amenity we could ask for. It was to prepare and serve family meals with a great kitchen and enough seating for 11 people. The bedrooms were so comfortable and especially nice to have 3 full bathrooms and a powder room. We enjoyed the sauna and the walking paths nearby were wonderful to allow the children to release their energy. Thank you for making our weekend so enjoyable.

This place is absolutely gorgeous and was perfect for our large group of friends celebrating a milestone birthday. Everything is beautifully decorated and every amenity was thought of. The common areas had plenty of space for all 10 adults to hang out and enjoy each other's company. Kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. Perfect for Family Reunion

Beautiful home close to Spirit Mountain

This home appears to be brand new. Beautifully decorated, located close to the base of Spirit Mountain. You can see the slopes from the windows. We were two families with 3 teens, and the four bedrooms provided lots of space. We also enjoyed the sauna!
