"Very friendly staff"

"This was a top class property. The room and all facilities were modern, clean, and in perfect working order. The location is amazing - a short walk to the lake, a great walk around the lake, and a fantastic castle/museum just down the road. The only issues we had were: There was no Enlish version for the self-check-in process, so there was a bit of guesswork. This made finding our room a matter of checking all the doors with the access card. The email with the room number only arrived sometime AFTER we found the room. The pillows were far too soft - they did not support my head. And the coffee machine in the lobby did not work. However, I would stay there again - Great location and amenities."

"Was a nicer than expected hotel which is always nice! Room was lovely and spacious, daily turn down service. Pool was nice and peaceful. Just beside train and bus stops made it handy to go anyways."

"Nice breakfast, nice area but challenging without a car. Room was ok, stuff comes in to fix the bed and to collect the trash but they don’t renew the towels. Room size was not too big but it was not too small."

"Absolutely superb hotel and restaurant. Staff wonderful and helpful. Food delicious and great value. Garden next to the river Rhine too! Bonus! The building is very old with masses of character. "
