"Doesn’t look as good as the pictures, it’s a little old and a little run down (the reception and pool area looks good however) The rooms are pretty clean (though again could be better, the bathroom plug socket for the hair dryer was frankly dangerous, but had to use it as the hairdryer to corded to the wall..so couldn’t use another socket. Our room didn’t get cleaned during our stay leaving us running out of toilet paper on day 2 (and no spare rolls in the room) there are no ironing facilities in the rooms and no “do not disturb” notices to hand on the door or an obvious way to lock them from the inside (meaning room service woke us up at 10am by banging loudly on the door then just coming in despite our cries that we are still in bed…she never came back after!) Internet is fast, beds are comfy. Pool area looks super clean but we never got to use it. "

"I had a single bed in a single bedroom, and it was peaceful and nice there. I slept like a drunk there at night, and I don't even drink alcohol. Everything went smooth. "

"This is a property that is far above and beyond a regular hotel. From the outside it looks like any other regular apartment complex, however, once you walk in, it is designed with luxury and finesse in mind. We stayed at the Regal suite, all aspects of the place were high quality, nothing cheap or fake, from the kitchen items to the bed, the living area, the curtains, the ceiling decorations….we were in awe about the details that went into everything and felt like royalty for our stay. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Two main problematic points: 1. Very low water pressure all day in the bathroom, until a weak trickle in the morning and overtime. 2. There is no telephone in the rooms, therefore it is not possible to contact the reception."
