"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is brand new and in excellent condition. There were some waters in the fridge and snacks on the counter which was a nice touch, haven't experienced that before. We have family that lives a couple houses up the hill so the location was perfect. We already booked it again for December."

"This is our 7th stay at Pagosa Mountain View’s, and we’ve booked again for next year! Julie and Mark are wonderful hosts. The house is amazing with awesome sunrise and sunsets. We appreciate the game room for family fun nights as well as the ability to have our own space.The grandkids have the best time playing outdoors and watching the critters."

"Chris was an amazing host with the most incredible property that he shares with his guest like their family! Truly enjoyed our stay and visits with Chris - he’s not only interesting and funny but a wealth of knowledge (and encourages you to live life to the fullest!!!) And we love his dog Boots - such a great welcome committee!!! The property is the perfect location to relax or go on nearby adventures. We will be back!!!! "

"Great house for family or group of friends. If traveling in the summer, the house does heat up a lot during the day and the main living area does not have curtains or shades to help. It is in a small neighborhood, so not quite secluded. Clean, well-appointed kitchen, bedrooms included box fans."
