"This is a great place to use as a base as it is central and close to just about everything. The apartment was nice and big and clean. There are cooking and storage amenities and even a washing machine and theres a clothes dryer on the balcony. There is nothing by way of groceries provided, it is self catering after all, but there's a supermarket if you turn left as you exit the hotel, then turn first right and walk about 100 yards. The staff there are very nice and helpful. Turn right and then take the first right and you will find a cracking restaurant. Everything really is on the doorstep. Check in was very easy. Remember to press the button with the orange light at night to turn on the stairway lights even if you're taking the lift. Also check what plug converters you take as Italian ones are different to other European countries. I couldnt fault the hotel, their communication and help and the value for money. I would definitely stay there again. "

"We loved our fabulous apartment and were sorry we could only stay one night. When we arrived by train, it was easy to walk to the hotel. It was also very simple to walk to the cruise terminal the next day. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and clean. An excellent choice for anyone starting or finishing a cruise, but also worth a longer stay."
