"The chalet is gorgeous! Not as clean as we would have liked as there was hair on the blankets/linens and some of the dishes/cutlery were not clean. The dishwasher didn’t work so we had to wash everything by hand, which I’ve been told will be looked into. And could be why some of the dishes/cutlery were dirty The hot tub also was grimy as there was obvious grit on the seats. I wanted to keep the place clean but unfortunately the only vacuum I could find was a shop vac that blew everything sucked...
