"The apartment is good for a short stay in Paris. It is near the central Paris sites and well-connected to the Metro. The size is adequate for 2 people. The only down side is that there isn't much natural light or any view, as it's located within the central courtyard on the building's ground floor. There were some minor maintenance issues (burnt-out lights, shower head that sprayed all over), but we appreciated the washer/dryer in the unit. "

"The views of Sacre Coeur and the Eiffel tower are impressive. The apartment was quiet and modern. Locals gather at the canal outside the front door every night creating a fun atmosphere. We recommend La Marine just across the canal. Easy subway access."

"We are a family of 6 and usually have a difficult time finding high quality properties in the heart of the city. This property was perfect -- a historic printing factory converted to a 2-story house in the middle of Paris -- right in the 2nd Arr, so walking distance to great food, museums, and entertainment. On a small street, so no busy traffic. Easy to walk or ride a scooter to anything. Very well maintained property with plenty of room to be together or to separate for an occasional work...
