"We had a wonderful holiday in a lovely villa, which was exactly like it looked on the photographs. The children loved the pool and we would definitely visit again. The host welcomed us on arrival and his gift of wine and champagne went down very well. "

"My stay here was fantastic, from the moment me and my friend entered the hotel we felt welcomed by the staff. The hotel was cosy and comfortable, nice decor and our room was amazing spotless, spacious and no issues that needed to be addressed. We had a room with a balcony facing the street and beach which meant every morning and night we had a great view of the sea 🌊 and mountins the windows were double glazed i think because once closed no noise from the outside could be heard. Comfortable bed. The facilities we loved especially the spa area, the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, must have went there almost everyday during our week stay. The poolside bar was amazing good choice of cocktails, drinks and non alcoholic options. The waiters and the bartenders had good customer service. The breakfast was delicious but was kept on repeat of majority being the same thing every morning. The Only downside to our stay was on the first night we went to dinner we had a very snobby rude waitress who acted like she didn't even wanna take our order but we decided we wasn't gonna let her ruin our holiday with one bad encounter at the hotel. "

"It is very rare that a holiday rental beats my expectations but Villa Tina was perfect for our group of 6 ladies celebrating a birthday.What stood out was that the communication with Ana was just fabulous, she answered queries almost immediately and communicated very well. She also provided us with the best welcome pack which went over and above anything I’d ever received before.The villa was spotless, the bedrooms were huge and everything really was quality. We loved the hot tub and pool and the location was excellent as the bus stop to get to Omis or Split was within 100 metres of the villa, so easy to get around if you do not wish to hire a car. Would I recommend? 100%!Thanks Ana, what a star!!!"

"The villa is amazing. Accommodated the whole family of four generations. There are 5 double bedrooms, 4 with en-suite shower facilities and one on the upper floor with separate bathroom. Beautifully furnished and decorated throughout. Very spacious with the added bonus of a sauna, gym equipment and pool table. Outside area is so pretty with table and chairs for eating al fresco along with sun beds and comfy seating as well as the pool. Beach is just one minute walk away. Nives is the perfect host. Welcomed us on arrival and very attentive throughout our stay with prompt answers to any queries. We will definitely choose to stay here again with no hesitation. "The house is every bit as gorgeous as the pictures- so spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably maintained. Sanjay gave us a warm welcome with a Croatian spread of fruit, cheese, meat and a special type of tortilla like spinach pie. We stayed one week. The pool is not able to be heated to a comfortable temperature in the cooler weather which was disappointing- we wanted to turn up the pool heat, or even the jacuzzi, especially for the toddler. Everything else was perfect - so close to Omis, beach restaurants, we made day trips to Split and Trogir and Makarska. Our 4 young adults did the Omis zip line and were exhilarated. Shooko bar is charming for a pizza dinner, cocktails and watching the sunset. "

"The villa was perfect for our family getaway - there were 6 adults and 4 children between 4 and 8. The villa had everything we needed and the host Ivan was very communicative and really helpful, offering to take us to the bigger supermarket if we needed it (which we didn’t as there was enough around for us to get by on - shops and cafes.) Omiš was quick and easy to get to on the bus and split was just over half an hour on the bus so really easy too! I would definitely recommend!"

"The Villa is luxurious and spacious with much attention to detail. The beds were all superking size with amazing pillows, air con throughout! The Villa host was just a msg away for any help we needed including where to get a flat tyre fixed! He also answered any questions we had about excursions/boat trips etc - so helpful & made our stay easy and relaxing! The beach opposite was lovely, we spent the week swimming in the pool relaxing in the jacuzzi and cooling off in the sea! We’d go back in a flash! Very sad to have come home!"
