"Worked for our quick half stop trip down south for 8 howeverthe place was not clean and one of the rooms had mold and stains on the ceiling. Unusable and disgusting room. Dust was still all over the dressers and fridge was something I wouldn't put any food. Found a cleaning rag in the bed and the floor in the master bedroom was warping with water damage. There was also a musty smell in the entire place. In the end you get what you pay for."

"Not too far from the lake, a bit of a trek to the New River Gorge. The place was very clean with most of what you’d need. Communication was excellent. A/C worked very well!"

"This property is more beautiful in person than I imagined. Sitting on the porch every morning and evening, listening to the river was quite relaxing. The home is beautifully built and the neighbors are very friendly, and helpful if you need anything. The Host, Ashley, is very nice and easy to contact. She made coming and going easy. My husband grew up in this area and it was great to have somewhere to come visit close to home. We spent our anniversary here and I can’t wait to book again. The Elk...
