"Everything was so clean, enjoyed the atmosphere of the Marina. The only issue was flooding on the only road to access the property, caused by a "freak" rainstorm. This was by no means the fault of property management. Publix, Winn Dixie and Walgreens are all in walking distance. "

"We had a very brief but cozy stay on the yacht in January. Not the best weather, so I think we missed some of the joys of sitting topside. But it was a fun experience in boat living, the boat is well-kept and cute, and Ian was responsive to all our questions. We found plenty to do around Marathon despite the dreary weather - recommend the Turtle Hospital and Crane Point Park. We grilled one night (granted, dodging the no-see-ums!) and brought home a tasty fish dinner the other."

"I like to be a positive person, after reading mixed reviews on this place we booked it thinking it would be different and fun. It was different alright, as we pull up to the boat to check in (1 hour late mind you) and after receiving all the messages on what to do, Wi-Fi code, door code etc. we are looking at the boat in the day time (deceiving vrbo Pictures, taken at night so you can't see what the boat looks like in the light, classic) The door to the boat was wide open, someone was inside...

"Comfy and food location. Fun for our grandson who enjoyed fishing off the dock. Renters should know this is a lot like staying in an RV. Fun and interesting but not luxurious. We knew what to expect and it was great."

"The location of this property was ideal for everything we wanted to do (activities from Tavernier all the way down to Key West). Check in was seamless and, while there was never a need to contact the property manager, the communication from them was clear and timely. "Very nice townhouse. We had five people for 3 nights and it worked out very well. Great patio and plunge pool. Very clean. Duck Key is a beautiful island, 2 restaurants at Hawks Cay and if you want the townhouse has all the essentials for cooking at home. Just beware the closest supermarket is in Marathon to the south or Islamist to the north both about 20 minutes drive. Would definitely come back."
