"We had a wonderful stay at Drumbeg Hotel. The owners are so nice and welcomed us when we arrived. We had a home cooked Scottish meal for dinner which was some of the best foods we've had anywhere in Scotland. Breakfast was also delicious with lots of options. The hotel has a great lounge and bar. We all slept very well in the comfortable beds. It was a charming and peaceful area. The road there is winding and narrow but it's part of the adventure and makes the stay feel even more memorable, as if you are going to a place frozen in time. We loved it and would stay again in a heartbeat."

"Splendid highland situation in a remote scenic area with good parking. Well appointed furniture and fittings and country views, although I could not see the lake from inside the hotel. Room warm on arrival but tv being upgraded so not available. Very good internet signal, Only a couple of guests as out of season so had personal service"

"What a wonderful find! We loved staying here and used the hotel as home base while exploring the east and north coasts. Sharon is a wonderful host and the food was also excellent, loved the breakfasts AND our dinners. The little bar is cozy and welcoming, we even enjoyed a wood fire. "

"An excellent little lodge for 2 down a short walk from the local village. The place was superbly equipped with everything needed for our stay. Only slight problem - the sofas and chairs were a little too low to the ground! Otherwise it was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay."
