Relaxing Townhouse Downtown Dubuque

Welcome to your spacious and vibrant home only a block to downtown Dubuque's best shops, restaurants, nightlife, and tourist attractions! Walk to the Fenelon Elevator and Five Flags Center! With three inviting bedrooms, five beds, and a full sized air mattress, this charming house comfortably accommodates 8 guests(9 with the full sized air mattress, making it the perfect choice for family gatherings, group getaways, or work-related trips. There are two full baths, one on each floor. We have a great, but small fenced in backyard with a fire pit. Fully stocked kitchen so you can make meals at home, along with a gas grill. We have a washer and dryer on the first floor. There is free off street parking for 2 cars in the driveway. (Please park single file) We have a pack n play and high chair available at the property for those traveling with small children. Don’t forget to checkout the beautiful MississippiRiver Walk and museum or take a hike at the Mines of Spain or Swiss valley. We are also close to SundownMountain, Field of Dreams and Galena.

A perfect place to stay

This place was very clean, very cute, peaceful, comfortable and had nice decor. A lot of options for games and videos if you wanted. Great location to downtown.

Very spacious house in a great location. The owners were very kind and responsive. We appreciated all the little “extras” everywhere- from water in the fridge to extra fans for a husband who runs hot.

Great for family reunion

Very clean. Kitchen had a good number of dishes for dining. Had fun with the games. Convenient for walking to downtown places. None of us were used to street noise at night, but that comes with being in town.

This property is very centrally located to downtown and is an easy walk to the bars and restaurants nearby. Our hosts were great to work with and they had lots of little extras at the home for us to enjoy such as coffee and water. We loved this home! This home is great for six adults. We hope to come back in the future

We come every year for Dock dogs worlds competition. This place is walking distance to Five flags and really anything in town. House had parking and a yard. Host was great checked in on us ,very helpful. Would stay again

Great stay - Super clean

We stayed with two other couples for a UD game. Extremely clean, comfortable, lots of amenities and extras in the kitchen, linens/towels, etc. We were able to seat 6 at the table and play cards, close enough to walk to many things but rainy weather limited us. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great experience, lots of space!

My friends and I recently stayed at Troy and Stacy's wonderful home in Dubuque and had a great time. The house is perfectly located within walking distance of downtown restaurants, shops, etc. and there are plenty of beds and sleeping space. Would highly recommend staying at Troy and Stacy's house if you find yourself in Dubuque and want a great, central location to do some exploring!

The Perfect Place

Absolutely loved this home and the very responsive owners! Welcoming, bright, cozy yet spacious. Everything you could need has been thought of and provided. Very family/pet friendly. The dog treats/bowls were a great welcome for our pup. Location is perfectly located. Walking distance to dining, shops, and local attractions. So comfortable! Highly recommend a stay here.

It was very clean and cozy and well appointed. It even had a small fenced in back yard. The beds were comfortable. My dad loved the main floor shower. Good parking off the street. Plenty of room. We would definitely stay again.

A family weekend away!

The owners of the property allowed us to bring our dogs, which is a huge deal to us. We are so blessed we found a place that was clean, big enough, updated and even had a fenced in yard. The location is perfect walking distance for small business, tons of restaurants and bars. We liked how there were multiple bathrooms, main floor laundry, smart tv, a dishwasher and games there to play. I highly recommend this property!

First time to Dubuque

We enjoyed our time in Dubuque and found the house to be in an absolutely ideal location for our plans. The owners were quick to respond, although we didn't have any issues (but we did check in related to our arrival and departure). My family appreciated the variety of kid friendly toys and games that were easily available.
