In one of the most exclusive locations on the coast of Dalmatia, Villa Dubrovnik is placed in ideal naturalsettingoverlooking the Adriatic Sea while being minutes outside of city Dubrovnik. It is simply impossible but to admire the serenelandscapeor the crystal clear blue Adriatic only steps away. Ultra-modern andclassy the authentic Croatian stone villaincludes quality wood furnishings, arched doorways, exposed wood beams, parqueted floors and contemporary facilities.180 m² are distributed over three floors. With access to the pool deck the ground floor yields a reception room, fully equipped contemporary kitchen with a dining room, and a rustic living room with a stone fireplace. The upper floors keep five bedrooms, two of which are ensuite, and a large family bathroom. The spacious outdoor terrace leads to a 24 m² pool with sun loungers,outdoor covered lounge area and a BBQ with an alfresco dining table. Here you can enjoy sunsets, watch the ferriespass by or simply enjoy the exclusive relaxation Villa Dubrovnik provides.
In five bedrooms nine adult guests are comfortably accommodated.
The villa is approached along a track road which comes directly off the main road and leads down to the villa.
Infamous city Dubrovnik just may be the most popular destination on the Adriatic coast, for a good reason. Formed in seventh century and since scarred by many of its rulers today it displays a rich cultural history and historical significance. Protected by UNESCO the charming Old Town is enveloped in 10thcentury city walls, 2 kilometers in length, in some parts 6 meters tall. It is a must stroll! Stradun, or Dubrovnik’s placa, is a picturesque street lined with cafés and restaurants and makes for a perfect viewpoint to admire the architecture and watch the world go by.

Amazing stay. The house is just perfect, having everything you might need for a chill weekend with friends. We were a group of 8 and we loved every minute of it. Def a good place to make summer memorable. Would def come back!

Everything was perfect (other than the pool being a little chilly at first). The staff at Pervanovo, the property company, were very responsive to emails, and helped me plan everything, including having a chef prepare a dinner at the house, a boat trip to the islands, and even sending someone over with some electric candles for our outdoor dining experience. The location is close enough to old town for the sites, but in a much more livable neighborhood.

We shared this home with another family (each with 2 adults and 2 kids). Tons of space in this very modern and beautiful house. The outside set up is amazing and the outdoor kitchen makes any type of outdoor meal easy. The home is easy walking distance to three separate beaches and a 15 or so minute Uber ride to old town. Ubers were simple to get to and from. Wonderful host who was attentive throughout. We had an AC issue day 1 and they got it fixed over the weekend. Great experience!

The house was fantastic. The host was flexible with our check in and met us at the property-could not have been nicer. It is very close to several beach clubs and has a gorgeous view of the bridge. Its about 15 minutes in to old town which we appreciated. It was nice to be at the beach where it was cooler and close to Old Town. It’s very clean and spacious and worked well for our family. Would definitely stay here again. As the house is owned by a hotel they were also helpful with arranging transportation (this is important as Ubers frequently cancel and you don’t want to miss your flight) and stowing bags. Nearby- We spent time at Coral Bay Beach Club (5 star/great food and atmosphere) and Copacabana Beach Club (3.5 star- does have a blow up aquatic play area for kids-meh food). There’s also a chill beach bar next door and a public beach in front of the property.

This was a wonderful property on the Adriatic Sea! The house was beautiful, comfortable and totally stocked with everything one would need! We cooked dinner each night in the fully stocked kitchen. Although not a huge pool, the pool was wonderful! My three kids (13,16 and 19) spent a lot of time splashing around! The location was superb! It was a ten minute ride in an Uber to Old Town. Just a short walk to a fabulous little restaurant/bar in the trees and a little further to a fabulous water park in the sea. One small fix we would recommend is possibly switching the shower door in the master suite as the floor did get a little wet and slippery when we took a shower in there. Overall this was a top notch stay in a beautiful location with awesome views and fabulous vibes! We would definitely return!

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Villa an super Lage. Reception ist 24/7 telefonisch erreichbar. Pool wird jeden Tag gereinigt und während unserer Ferienwoche wurde das Haus 2x gereinigt. Abfall wird durch das Housekeeping entsorgt. Rundumservice mit sehr freundlichen, hilfsbereiten Menschen.

Our stay in Dubrovnik in the villa was wonderful, really wonderful. The management of the owner was readily available and on time both for our arrival and departure. The villa is fully equipped and practical too with washing mashine, dishwasher, barbecue etc. The location is perfect to visit Dubrovnik, to rent a boat and to enjoy the sea. I strongly recommend staying there. See you soon Dubrovnik!!!

Ein Traum Wir waren Ende August mit 6 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern zu Gast in der Villa. Die Villa überzeugt in den Punkten Lage, Zustand, Dimension , Raumaufteilung und Außenbereich. Wir fühlten uns schon nach wenigen Stunden wie zuhause, unsere aufgedrehten Kinder waren recht schnell erstaunlich entspannt. Empfehlenswert ist die Erkundung der Altstadt von Dubrovnik am Abend, wenn es nicht mehr so heiss ist und die meisten Touristen in ihren Hotels zu Abend isst. Gerne wieder - sehr empfehlenswert

This is a dream villa, with an amazing view on the sea. The house is spacious, clean and has everything you need, very charming. The desciption of the house and the location is accurate. We had a great time and would love to come back to Dubrovnik as soon as possible.

das Haus ist wunderschön mit allem ausgestattet. die Lage ist Top, das Personal und alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. wir haben eine traumhaftschöne Woche verbracht!
