"Our stay at this seaside resort with a private beach was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the breathtaking views and calm coastal breeze established a perfect vacation mood. The property beautifully blends luxury with a laid-back atmosphere. Every corner of the resort was beautifully designed, and welcoming. Our room was spectacular, featuring a private balcony that overlooked the turquoise water. Waking up to the sound of crashing waves was pure bliss. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room styling was bright and modern. There are many bars and restaurants serving delicious meals within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and made genuine effort to make our stay enjoyable. We will most certainly return to this resort!!"

"First of all, the staff was truly wonderful, and the room was very clean. I must complain, however, that the main light in the room did not work, so it was very dim. The towel bar in the bathroom was completely broken, and the pieces of it were sitting right there, waiting to be fixed. Why would we have been given a room that needed these repairs??? -- The hotel was most certainly not full! There was a small refrigerator in the room, but the cord does not reach any outlet, so it was the same as having no refrigerator at all. There was no electric pot or coffee-making facility in the room whatsoever. We had an early morning flight, so a cup of coffee would have been appreciated. We paid for a fully-functional room, and that is not what we received for our payment. I wish for Hotels.com to be aware of these shortcomings."

"lovely hotel in a lovely place BUT our 1 night stay was spoilt by 5 fire alarms between 3am & 5am. clearly a technical problem (not genuine incidents) but annoying nonetheless"

"Apartment was clean but there were clumps of dust which I cleared up and the outside / terrace was a bit dirty. But otherwise apartment was cleaned / serviced every couple of days. Kitchen had all the necessary utensils and kitchen was up to date. The shower is in the wrong place over the bath. Bus stop to Dubrovnik is right outside the apartment and is surrounded by restaurants and large supermarkets. There is a pebble beach and bars on the promenade. The beach I believe is linked to the Sheraton. It costs €30 each to use the The Sheraton pool - a bit steep in our view given the apartments are linked to the Sheraton. "
