This is a marvelous Mediterranean holiday house. Situated in Ratac, one of the best-kept secrets of Dubrovnik Riviera. Apart from the thronging crowd of Dubrovnik (25 km away). The property opens onto a beach or a bathing platform, making the sea an integral part of your holiday!
You can drive to Dubrovnik or to the nearby village of Slano with many restaurants and shops. Or you can use local bus # 12 since the bus stop is approximately 250 metres away from the house.

The house has even two fully equipped kitchen areas! It was SUPER clean. The terrace is lovely and spacious. The host was extremely helpful from the beginning til the end (when we even needed urgent help to get to the airport). I could continue going on like this... But to make it short: I would give even more stars if it would be possible ⭐😊 Thanks a million to the host for making our stay so great!

If possible, I would rate even more than 5 stars 🤩 This house is just great, SUPER clean and extremely well equipped! The host is very responsive and helps wherever possible! We always love it there!

La casa ha una bella terrazza ma con poca ombra e quindi poco utilizzabile con il caldo. L'aria condizionata è solo in una stanza mentre sull'annuncio risulta in tutta la casa. L'arredo e basico e manca di manutenzione quindi la casa è poco confortevole in relazione al prezzo pagato veramente esagerato!!!! Ombrelloni e lettini sono scomodi e insufficienti. La prioritaria è gentile e cerca di rimediare alle tante mancanze.
