"I did not go to surrounding area. The staff immediately came to my room to fix the A/C which was successful and i was then provided with a new refrigerator. Unexpected issues happen. It was no ones fault and they immediately responded. You can't ask for anything else! I was completely satisfied with their response "

"I had a nice short 1-night stay at this hotel. The room was clean and I had no complaints about it. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious, and area was quiet. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was extremely basic but I wasn’t expecting much."

"We were a little nervous before our stay at the Courtyard Marriott Willow Grove because we saw a review mentioning the hotel had lost power and wasn’t answering calls. When we tried calling ourselves, the phone went straight to voicemail, which made us even more worried. But we decided to go anyway — and we’re so glad we did! Everything was totally fine, the hotel had power, just the phone lines were down and our stay was perfect. The staff was wonderful, super helpful, and made us feel completely at ease. So happy we didn’t cancel — would definitely stay again!"
