In the right area of the city, close to all the pubs and sights. Room was a bit hot without AC, but the free water and fruit each day was a nice touch.
The location was ideal in central Dublin. Close to Temple Bar, Trinity College and St Stephen’s Green. The staff were friendly and provided us with some suggestions for our tour around Ireland.
The room was clean along with the bathroom, however, it was quite warm as there was no air conditioning. They supplied a static fan.
Lovely location
Great stay, very loud but they give you ear plugs so its fine. Great location. Have a washer and dryer. Only downside, I forgot my adapter and chargers and they were never turned in, so I never got them back.
I liked the location and staff was super nice and helpful - unfortunatly the room what HOT we Had a terrible nights sleep, you cant open the windows and theres no aircon
Nice hotel with basic services. Well positioned in the center of the town, the welcome I warm and the environment cozy.
Only point to take into account is that there are a lot of pubs in the street and music is running until late night. Not the most appropriate place for families.

Look - the heat in the place is actually intolerable I have never been so uncomfortable in my life, checked out as fast as I could - the sunny weather does not account for the furnace that was our room - the sweat was literally pouring off me and I’m a girl that sleeps with an electic blanket on all year round - this was absolute torture
Fantastic location, be warned it remains loud around the hotel until late because you are so central but you should expect that when booking given it’s in Temple Bar
The Rez is in an amazing location if you are in Dublin for the bar experience. It was noisy at night but that is to he expected when your room is over a bar! The room was very small but had a private bathroom. Room 301 was very hot in the afternoon but cooled down overnight. The Rez room with complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits and candy was really nice! We never used the washer, dryer or iron but they were available.
We stayed for 2 days in May. Outside temperatures were around 19C, but in the room it was over 28C. No windows that opens up and 2 fans working continuously did not solve the problem. If you do like sweating and Sauna: this is the place to be.
The hotel is clean, well priced and located in the heart of Dublin City. The bar offers relatively well priced drinks and the opportunity to order pizza from a local restaurant direct to your table.

The staff we great, location good and fairly quiet considering the area! But it was unbearably hot and stuffy in the room. Apparently all rooms were the same. They provided fans but there are no windows to open - it was quite an unpleasant experience and not sure they should be continuing to sell full price rooms to people without sorting out this issue.
The hotel and room was great in terms of cleanness and location. The one thing that took me by surprise is that the room had a window but it was not accessible to the guests. it is a sealed window which made the room extremely stuffy and warm. Two fans were provided but no portable air conditioner provided for guests to use.
