"the hotel overlooks a beautiful lake. quite with friendly staff. the room is quite spacious although it needs updating. the cleanliness is average with very few kitchen old utensils. we had to ask for a toaster. many items were missing. overall the stay was good but it was overpriced."

"Excellent service as always with all the staff, front desk team even down to the two ladies at the little shop in the hotel always friendly. Great connections with the shuttle to the beach only 10 mins, rooms are big and clean."

"This hotel has exceptionally good customer service, every single member of staff went above and beyond to meet your wants. Lots to do within the grounds like many restaurants shops activities . I particularly liked the safe beach and calm swimming water. There were minor stuff like cleaner over tidying if that is possible but with good intent I suppose. Can’t wait to visit again "
