This hotel is pretty ordinary. It would've been good if they could clean the room every day. The towels they gave are pretty old.

gut ausgestattetes Hotel in wenig schöner Gegend

für den geringen Preis ein toll ausgestattetes Hotel mit freundlichem, hilfsbereitem Personal (z.B. Buchungsservice und kostenloser Fahrdienst zum Burj Khalifa), Satelliten-TV, Tiefgarage, großer Fitness-Raum und ein toller Pool auf dem Dach mit grandioser Aussicht auf die Skyline von Downtown Dubai. In der voll ausgestatteten Küche kann man sich nach Belieben sein eigenes Süppchen kochen. Vom Straßenlärm bekommt man fast nichts mit (zumindest in den oberen Etagen), da die Fenster wegen der Klimaanlage ohnehin meist geschlossen sind. Negativ: fades Frühstück, kein Restaurant und nur 2 kleine Supermärkte mit überschaubarem Angebot in der näheren Umgebung. Wer keinen Mietwagen hat - die nächste Metro-Station, die Einkaufsstraßen, Restaurants, Bars, Museen der Altstadt von Bur Dubai oder eines der vielen Shopping Centers - alles ist ist ziemlich weit entfernt. Die Klimanalage pustet nachts sehr unangenehm die kühle Luft quer übers Bett. Kurios: Einmal ging ohne ersichtlichen Grund nach Mitternacht die Alarmanlage im Zimmer für 5 Minuten an.

Rooms need totally updating. Bath, basin and toilet needs replacing. Thorough cleanup required in balcony and patio door glass. Not enough kitchen utensils. Rooftop swimming pool and jacuzzi out of order.Advised to use sister hotel facilities. Excellent punctual shuttle services to beach and interesting places. Breakfast ok. Staff polite and helpful but improvement needed in greeting customers with a smile. Overall value for money hotel.

The area has nothing much. Lack of restaurants nearby. The rooms we had were very good. Receptionists were very welcoming. There is nothing much of entertainment around the hotel.

It is OK.

The room is big but is not well renovated. There are facilities for cooking but is no kitchen stuff. Towel is ok but is not good. Staffs are welcome and nice. Close to metro and free parking is a plus.

Appartements spacieux pas loin du métro.

Le personnel est accueillant et aidant pour cet hôtel pas loin du métro, qui rend donc facilement accessible les galeries marchandes, le musée et le world trade center à quatre stations. Les appartements sont spacieux mais mal éclairés. A part CNN, pas grand chose en anglais à la TV. Le restaurant est un peu pauvre (pas de desserts le soir) mais on peut se faire livrer à toute heure depuis un autre restaurant plus éloigné recommandé par l'hôtel.

Très bon rapport qualité prix et petit déjeuner co

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel avec un personnel aux petits soins. Ils ont tout fait pour nous donner l'appartement à 11h au lieu de 14h La navette est vraiment très pratique Nous avons utilisé les bus panoramiques touristiques, une bonne façon de découvrir Dubaï. Nous avons beaucoup aime le quartier ancien près du Creek Ne pas rater les fontaines au pied de la tour. Je déplore qu'en France les reportages TV ne montrent que le côté bling bling de Dubaï.........Pour moi c'est de la désinformation !!!!!C'est dommage!!!!!

Always try to stay at this hotel as very convenient location. Fast checkin and rooms very spacious with wifi and free shuttle to mall and beach. Walking distance to metro, mina bazaar, restaurants and mall - overall very happy and staff extremely helpful

A SENSIBLE PLACE TO STAY FOR BUSINESS & PLEASURE

Very helpful staff - got us all checked in long before the 2pm nominal time on day of arrival. Sorted out the AC, a cupboard door and kept my luggage on the day of departure. Very eclectic mix of customers.

Edullinen hotelli kävelymatkan päässä Creekistä

Keskeinen sijainti kaupunkielämän suhteen. Soukit ja paljon ruokapaikkoja kävelymatkan päässä. Samoin pari metroasemaa melko lähellä. Hotellin ulkoasu niin huoneiden kuin yhteisten tilojen osalta kaipaisi päivitystä. Varsinkin käytävät ( kokolattiamatot) ovat vähän tunkkaiset. Altaita ei lämmitetty - joku vika kuulemma. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja huolehti esim. hotellin shatell-bussiin lähtijöistä. Kuljetuksia mm. rannalle, moskeijaan, museoon ja Dubai Malliin järjestettiin veloituksetta. Hotellia vastapäätä on rakennustyömaa. Työt alkavat klo 7 joka aamu ja jatkuvat klo 19.

hotel ok super breakfast but

bed was clean and comfortable, but the room and bathroom very tired. the kitchen area was very dirty. the breakfast room was really clean and the breakfast was outstanding. building site outside our room , very noisy. hotel did not seem near to anything. staff were helpfull and eager to please. sorry but would not go again.
