The building is perfectly located right onto Jumirah Beach Walk for an afternoon walk, a morning run or even sunset drinks.

This brand new 2 bedroom apartment with sea view, stone flooring and modern finishing, can accommodate up to 6 people. (4 adults and 2 kids)

The apartment also comes with a private parking space with direct lift access to the property. The master bedroom uses a 180x200cm bed with its ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom uses two 120x200cm bed with its ensuite bathroom .
