Absolute chaotic stay, granted it was a horrific flood but there seems to be no disaster recovery plan to get folks out of there seamlessly. I stayed there one night and wasn’t able to get back, the entire lobby and neighborhood was flooded. Getting back to fish my luggage out of the hotel was an absolute disaster, carrying 2 50lbs suitcases with my partner on our shoulders with 0 help from the hotel staff. I still haven’t heard back from the hotel or Expedia on a refund for the 5 nights I didn’t stay there!

Very close to two of the metro stations and also the bus stations. With a 10 minute walk from the Mall of Emirates, which had many stores, food options, and entertainment. The breakfast was complete and actually very affordable. The rooms were cleaned, and staff was courteous and helpful all the time. There is a person who sells tours within the facility that makes it more helpful
