Ciel Dubai Marina, Vignette Collection by IHG

8/10 Good

"Very clean room, daily housekeeping (sometimes twice a day) Staff were very helpful Breakfast was mid, but gets the job done! Room was clean but would be nicer if the outside windows were cleaner (although I understand this is hard to do in the dessert!)"
