We invite you to a luxuriously furnished 3-bedroom plus maid’s room apartment located in Al Nabat Building 8, The Palm Jumeirah.

Our guests will have access to Riva Beach Club with pools, 300 meters of pristine sandy beach and a restaurant!

Our apartment is very spacious and bright! It is tastefully decorated and
gives you the feeling of being on vacation while still having the comforts of home.

The apartment has 3 large bedrooms equipped either with king-size or a queen-size bed. All bedrooms are spacious, fitted cabinets and include comfortable beds, ensuring a restful and rejuvenating night's sleep.
There is also a maid's room with a single bed and a private bathroom.

The living room is very spacious and provides a comfortable sofa with plenty of space to relax while having a conversation with your loved ones after an eventful day or simply watching Netflix on Smart TV. The living room has access to the spacious terrace furnished with a swing chair, where you can enjoy the sun and fresh air while having a sip of coffee.

If you enjoy cooking, the kitchen is wonderfully stocked with all the modern appliances for you to prepare hearty meals (Coffee & tea facilities, fridge, microwave, stove, and more!) There is also an area with a large dining table to enjoy meals at.

Towels, complimentary toiletries, WiFi, fresh linens, basic ingredients, Riva Beach access and other amenities like the washing machine and ironing facilities are also provided for our guests, which is great for short- and long-term stays.
