The apartment is on the E (Executive) floor, on the same floor as the swimming pool and fitness center. Guests will enjoy full access to the entire apartment and the building's shared amenities, including the gym and swimming pool. Additionally, one complimentary indoor dedicated parking space is provided for guests' convenience.
This is a self-check-in property. Before accessing the flat, please verify your identity. Standard check-in time is from 4 pm onwards. To comply with local regulations, we require a copy of your passport before your arrival for guest registration with the Dubai Tourism Department. This apartment is fully legal and registered as a Holiday Home. Please note that, as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 30 per night (up to 30 nights) will be separately charged.
Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, shisha, hookah, vaping) on the property is strictly prohibited (zero tolerance policy). Evidence of breach (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) could result in a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.
Checkout is strictly at 11 AM. Any late checkout after 11 AM without a 48-hour notice will incur a penalty of AED 500. Late checkout requests depend on availability and must be confirmed by the host with prior 24-hour notice. This extra time is needed for preparing the home for the next guest, ensuring a quality and timely turnover. We appreciate your consideration and respect for the next guests.
