Hallo, wir habe die Wohnung aus Deutschland für 21 Tage gebucht, leider stellte sich vor Ort in Dubai raus, das es die Wohnung nicht gibt. Ich könnte den Service von Fe-Wo direkt Bewerten, der wäre bei 3-. Erst der 5 Ansprechpartner hat uns geholfen (Danke), die 4 anderen haben uns abgewimmelt, sollten uns mit dem Vermieter in Kontakt setzten, das haben wir auch zweimal getan,( auf eigene Kosten, 2mal in Indien angerufen) um zu Erfahren das es die Wohnung nicht mehr gibt. Uns wurde auch noch eine Alternative Angeboten, die Wohnung war nur 20 Km von der gebuchten Wohnung entfernt. Zum Glück haben wir jetzt unser Geld zurück.
