Please read house rules
1. All guests staying with us are kindly requested to provide a copy of their passport before check-in. This is a mandatory requirement enforced by building security and the Dubai Tourism Department (DTCM) due to our status as a licensed holiday home company.
2. Prior to checking in, guests are required to sign the Holiday Home Guest check-in document. This document outlines the terms and conditions of the holiday home rental company between the Licensee (us) and the Guest (you).
3. A security deposit is required for every stay:
a. For Studio apartments: 1000 AED
b. For 1- & 2-bedroom apartments (1 BHK): 1500 AED
c. For 3- & 4-bedroom apartments/Villa (3 BHK) :2500 AED
d. For 5-bedroom Apartment/Villa (5 BHK) :5000 AED
4. For guests staying monthly, an agreed amount or a default minimum amount must be paid before check-in.
a. For Studio apartments: 1500 AED
b. For 1- & 2-bedroom apartments (1 BHK): 2000 AED
c. For 3- & 4-bedroom apartments/Villa (3 BHK) :2500 AED
d. For 5-bedroom Apartment/Villa (5 BHK) :10,000 AED
For bookings shorter than 14 days, a credit card hold can be placed instead. This hold will be released within 48 hours after check-out and may take 10 to 14 bank working days to be reflected in your account. Please note that a non-refundable processing fee of 50 AED will be charged. Any conduct that violates the house rules may result in charges against the security deposit and/or eviction of the Guest. Additional fees may be charged depending on any damages caused to the Holiday Home or its belongings.
5. Access cards and keys are important assets of the property. If any access card or key is lost, a replacement fee will be deducted from the security deposit. Make sure no linen damage/ loss or stain is made as we incur additional replacement /laundry charges and same cost will be deducted in deposit.
6. We kindly request guests to respect the residential purpose of the Holiday Home.
7. Please show respect for the residential amenities, security of the property, and neighbours. We expect guests to refrain from any uncivilized or inappropriate behaviour.
8. Guests are required to maintain a noise-free environment that does not disturb the neighbours. This includes arrival, departure, and throughout the stay, particularly between 10 pm and 8 am. Noise levels should be such that it cannot be heard by adjacent neighbours when they are inside their homes with windows and doors closed.
9. Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking areas. Any violations will result in a fine of 500 to 1000 AED, which may be deducted from the security deposit. This is taken as we need to make clean AC filters and refresh air as next arrival guest won’t be liking smoking smell.
10. Children under 14 years of age must be always supervised, especially in recreation areas.
11. Guests are not permitted to make any alterations to the unit without prior written approval from the owner.
12. Please comply with the designated vehicle parking rules and show consideration to others when parking, minimizing disturbances.
13. Garbage and recycling should be disposed of in accordance with normal practices within the unit, building, or community. Please use the allocated bins and areas for disposal.
14. Please adhere to the policy of not leaving rubbish in public or common areas. Kindly follow the designated garbage and recycling collection days and comply with all waste disposal and minimization requirements.
15. Guests are kindly reminded to ensure the safety of their valuable belongings as we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage. Your cooperation and precautionary measures are greatly appreciated.
