Being in Downtown Dubai is a blast, loads of cool stuff around. You can walk to the Burj Khalifa, the Dancing Fountains, and the Dubai Mall in just 5minute walk. Plus, there are tons of restaurants and shops nearby.

Inside, we've set it up for your comfort: a comfy queen-size bed, a kitchen which is set up for longer stays, a smart TV and a high-quality speaker
Plus, if you're into an open-air vibe, we've got an amazing dining spot on the balcony where you can dine, relax and enjoy the view of the most vibrant street in Dubai (Sheikh Rashid).

You can enjoy all the facilities the building has to offer: on the same floor level and in a few steps, you have access to a very nice pool, surrounded by trees and plants; and a gym with the equipment you need for your daily workout. We've got our own parking spot too.

Last but not least, right outside of the building lobby, we have Spinneys with plenty of high-quality food and household essentials.
