The apartment is beautiful, the location is very nice and luxurious, the surroundings are excellent, and the view is stunning. We had an issue with the safe over the weekend. The safe was malfunctioning, leaving us without access to our valuable items. The owners failed to provide a solution and even attempted to charge us for the malfunction. After three hours and with the intervention of their maintenance manager, we were finally able to open the safe. The communication regarding the safe issue was very poor. Everything else was excellent.
