"There is an Egyptian receptionist who was kind enough to help me with a question I had. Very sweet and welcoming. Do not clearly remember his name but its somewhere around Hatim or Hakeem. Great service overall. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel, Dubai, The Palm. Great staff, very welcoming and friendly. The restaurants were all great! The breakfast selection is outstanding and so delicious!! We loved the heated pool which was very relaxing. The pool area is beautiful as are the lobby and main areas. We had a suite which we loved! It has a kitchen and washer/dryer, also 2 bathrooms and a beautiful balcony to enjoy a morning coffee. Overall a great and relaxing experience. Thank you! "
