"All I can say is the pictures are not at all accurate of the actual conditions of the property . I arrived to the property on Friday afternoon as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a dry dirt mop in the middle of the living room . The place was run down and looked as if no one had been there in a while . There was a film on the counter. all of the cabinets had dirt in them , there was debris and dirt all over the floor . "This is a spacious 3 bedroom riverfront unit right on the Hudson River. Everything needed is there. There are exposed beams, brick walls, and multiple areas of evidence where portions of the home were added on or modified over the years. This home is a treasure and is full of untold history. All modern conveniences are present. The hosts were extremely gracious and helpful, checking in multiple times to are assure that the stay was pleasant and that everything was provided."
