"Better than expected. Clean, comfortable & had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend away."

"Air conditioner not properly functioning until we swapped batteries for remote. Bathroom is VERY wet. The sink, tub and spa do not contain water sufficiently leading to extremely slick very wet surfaces. Great water pressure, comfortable bed. Rooms not sound proof as advertised."

"Super friendly managers and great location close to town"

"The cleanest property we have visited . Amazing lil unit for the whole family. Great location. "

"Ralph was very obliging and helpful. We had a lovely comfortable night."

"Don’t judge from first sight; whilst there are a lot of permanent older vans the park appears to be well maintained and so close to the ocean. It is very quiet. We stayed in a villa cabin was, very spacious, plenty of room to walk especially in bedroom and bathroom. Loved the full size kitchen. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again."

"I needed a cheap room to stay overnight. It was perfect for my needs. If I was looking to stay longer I would most likely looked for somewhere more suitable. It was perfect for my overnight stop. Its a shared bathroom, toilet etc. Your just renting a small room with a tv, and a kettle."

"Property was spacious. The family cabin could have been a refurbished one as it's very old. Other than that we had so much fun & enjoyed our 4 day stay. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Area is very safe for the kids & great with bikes."

"Owner was very easy to deal with very pleasant will return again"

"Clean spacious room, had a great sleep in the comfortable bed. HVAC system worked well."

"This hotel is not 4 star as claimed. I would rate it 3 star at best (despite what the PR written articles say). No lifts so be prepared to lift suitcases up flights of stairs. The grounds are not well kept e.g. weeds and the parking areas and entrances from those areas are in poor condition. Anyone on staff ever looked at the condition and...

"Dirty room. Reception staff not really helpful or informative"

"Great view. Close to everything. Nice room. Great value."
