"Original farmhouse with the old charm and updated amenities, dishwasher, aircon, etc. The house is comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and functional. The aircon almost keeps up on the hot days (June/July) downstairs, less so upstairs. The climate cools off enough at night to open windows (screened) for sleeping. It's usually 10 degrees cooler at the house than down in town on hot days. There's wildlife in the yard, and it's quiet at night so you can hear the night critters. The hosts are...

"I booked Austin’s property back in October for the week after Christmas. We attempted to add an additional day to our reservation, and tried for 2 months to get in contact with Austin. A week before our stay he sent an invoice for the additional day he never confirmed. Then he cancelled our entire reservation the day before, without any notice, claiming the house was flooded. "Our daughter was born April of last year and we have been cooped up even prior to my delivery. So this was a MUCH needed vacation. Only 2.5 hours away but still so different in scenery and weather. It was bright and sunny for the first 2 days and the 3rd it was a bit breezy. We did a lot of cooking and relaxing. We had everything we needed and it was such a pleasure!
