The Room was very Nice and the beds was not bad at all.

The staff went out of their way to help us with adjustments during our stay when we had significant car trouble. We were grateful to have been staying at a place with such kind people.

Hotel/room was clean. TV was not working and only one elevator was operating. They said it was due to a lightning strike.

No TV service for 3 days (lightning strike). Slow, slow elevator. No signs for stairways! No evacuation map posted anywhere! Breakfast was unorganized, horrible set up, very slow, limited seating, long lines for breakfast b/c it had such a bad setup, but most of the staff was very friendly. To use laundry you have to download app and enter bank info. Other than that the stay was fine for a week.
