"We were there to see the Ark Encounter which is only about 10 minutes from the property. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the owner and someone who takes care of the property and they were the nicest people. We spoke for a while and we brought all our stuff in. The house is of the civil war era and it is very quaint. My son loved that he had a desk in his room and he had a bathroom all to himself. The house was clean and the WiFi was good.
