I had to go through nearly 5 days of an ordeal to get my money back when the home owner decided to cancel our trip on us and tell us there was a small fire.
This would’ve been fine except for the fact that several attempts at communication via phone and email where ignored when I was inquiring about a refund but they were pretty quick to let me know that there was a fire when I asked them what the issue was.
I strongly advise that Verbo take this property off their list, as they have no ability to communicate with the customer whatsoever, and really made me feel like I was getting scammed at one point.
Never again.
