The separate bunkhouse on the property sleeps an additional 4 people. The home sits on 1.5 acres on the North side of the Island, overlooking Potagannassing Bay.

There are large sliding glass doors that lead out to a covered patio where you can enjoy the beautiful water view.

The home has been re-decorated with new furniture, beds, towels, linens, and décor throughout. There are many amenities available, including WIFI, a washer & dryer, smart TV for streaming, swimming, and a kayak & canoe. Close to dining, shopping, a marina, a coffee shop, hiking, and about mid-way to the best trails, this home has it all!
