I had called beforehand to see if we could check in before 3:00pm. She had personally went to look for a room that would be ready for us to check in. It was so nice being able to check in earlier as we had our baby with us, and was nice to have some quiet time before we went out to explore the town. "

"Nice hotel just across the river. Walking distance to a lot of amenities. Was a bit confused as I reserved a room with a kitchen to cook food and was told by staff that it was no worries but when we got to the room with food....no kitchen. I was then told they had no other rooms. I am on a very strict diet so this did cause problems for the weekend."
